My favorite......my own. There are 1001 reasons to homebrew, but you IPA lovers have an extra reason. The ability to dry-hop and bottle(or keg) and drink relatively fresh makes for an amazing IPA. I think this was the reason Pliny was not bottled until recently, had to be pretty fresh to maintain that huge fresh hop aroma and flavor. That, and the ability to put you favorite hops and hop combinations into your brew. I like making larger, later hop additions to get more of the flavor/aroma and less of the bitterness. And it's gotta be fairly dry, high final gravity IPA's

Could not agree more. Aside from things like the Bill of Rights and being able to find a public space to smoke in, homebrewing is what I have missed the most since moving to London.
