I did the same thing =( Wings and beer thursday then pizza and beer saturday. Up 3lbs from the last time i stepped on the scale. Gonna try to add in some double cardio days this week and do some skating in the evenings

I think I did quite well yesterday; got in both my exercise and good intake. Today's meals: Breakfast: Strawberry protein shake Lunch: leftover lemon pepper chicken, rice, and potatoes. Dinner: Unsure, probably chicken of some sort Exercise: basketball Tomorrow is weigh-in day. Gotta look sharp today and get good results tomorrow.
