I like when a cigar maker wraps the foot with the wrapper. It makes the first draw kick you in the mouth. I think it also primes the flavors for the rest of the cigar. This cigar started with a bang and kept getting better. After the kick it settled into the rich Maduro flavor that was perfect. It was an Espresso/dark chocolate flavor with a smoke that was chewy delicious. The ash was solid almost 1/2 wat through it. It was a maduro with a little extra. A very enjoyable cigar indeed. If I had to score it, I'd give it a solid 93. I don't know if it was due to being sick for a week and no cigars or just that it was great. If it was due to being sick and going w/o. At least the next time I'm sick I'll have something to look forward to.
If you get a chance, try one of these. They're reasonably priced too. I wish I had more. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I really enjoy the Kristoff Maduro's. Never had a bad stick.
