Spelling and grammar in a resume are crucial. In a forum like this, not so much. But I still hate it when people talk about their "pallets" in reference to cigar flavor. If you have a pallet in your mouth you should probably see a doctor. Or a dock worker maybe?

You should see some wine boards, I can never explain how people spending hundreds of dollars on a bottle of wine can't tell the difference between palate and pallet.
