It's not really an odd combination in La. (more of an odd food), but I love hogshead cheese on grits.

Also, I can't count the number of "strange" animals I've eaten. I guess being Cajun it's in my blood. It's true. We'll eat just about anything.

Blasamic vinegar reduction on vanilla ice cream
Frito pie = fritos and chilli
duck nachos = tortillas, duck confit, avocado, sour cream, and pepper jack
plantain sweet potato risotto
lobster vanilla bean risotto
foie gras on anything

French Fries baked in oven with sharp cheddar bacon and onions served with Ranch

Bacon and raspberry jam on toast
