It was pointless, but provided the Hawks with some much needed confidence heading into the Second Season.

Chelios played D....started, and played the last shift. I fear it might be the last NHL game I see him play.

Flyers have seem kind of flat so far. Hopefully they can get it together in the second period.

The game has been very hard hitting ... As is expected.

They seemed more awake in the second half of the period.

Guess I need to give the Devils their due... so far (after 2 Periods) they are handling my 'Canes pretty easily.

We will open the third on a power play. Gotta score!

I am actually cheering for the Rangers, I want Avery to get what he deserves and the Bruins are the best bet to give him that. Hope that he lives through it but I really don't care.

I wasnt able to see much of the game. I got from where Carolina scored on. I'll have to watch the highlights
