I had my line in the whole time. You can see the shadow of my pole in the last two pictures. Never a nibble, but I did see a nice one roll over right in front of me. We(Lion's Club) stock the pond in May and have a fishing derby for the kids. The adults wait until it is over and then we fish! They usually stock it once a month in the summer, but I heard they (Fish & Game) didn't have the money to do it this year.
