I asked myself this everyday working for these people when I was in retail. The one saying we had in the warehouse was the higher you went up in the chain the more you lose touch with reality.

Sorry to hear about your problems with bestbuy. I try and stick with costco and amazon who both seem to always do whats in the customers best interest.
