That's pretty cool. How hot does the sear burner get?

Very hot...don't know the temp, but I cooked the steaks on it the entire time. Nothing like a nice crust with a red middle.

Should be great for cooking Colts' crow this season. On a more serious note, enjoy the grill, it looks great.
