Not familiar with Julio Seasoning, the canadian steak seasoning, is that the same as montreal steak seasoning? Then the beef franks...hot dogs? And hot links... those mini hot dog / sausage things? And the remaining beer...is that ingested while cooking by the chef? |

Yes, that is what it looks like.
Don’t know if you can get Julio Seasoning anywhere outside of west Texas, it can be made without it. Canadian Steak Seasoning should be available at any grocery store. Beef Franks = Hotdogs. Hot Links are bigger than hotdogs and should be available at any store. There are many different types of Hot Links; I prefer the ones with a red casing. And the remaining beer and then some, is ingested while cooking.
