It's game time!!
Smoking the #1 seed right now. Wanted to post the scoring table here so you can reference it. I will post reviews in a march insaneness thread in the review form and then update the pairings with scores here. As I said before, I am using a nice little excel scoring sheet put together by Tech Ninja. Categories and points as follows: Appearance and Presentation 20 Lighting and Burning Properties 15 Construction Properties 30 Taste Properties 35 The weekend will be light smoking, but next week should be full force tasting. ![]()
