Last night my wife prepared a great meal consisting of corned beef and loaded mashed potatoes.

The wife made Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and homemade soda bread

Washed down with a Guinness.

CB (cooked close to 8lbs), cabbage, taters, carrots and of course

Beer
