You can only have 1 DVR but you can watch any show on that DVR from the other boxes now (can't delete or setup recording from the other boxes though). The only problem with this is that it ends up being a space limit on the DVR.

When I signed up I think it was 3 boxes all HD capable and 1 was a DVR, any additional would be $5/month.

It may be only 2 included now with additional being $5/month.

The extra HD channels are a plus. They will usually include the channels as they become available before anyone else.
