Default Pork Back Ribs

I will be making this recipe tomorrow night, and I thought I would share it here for those that like Pork Back Ribs

1/2 cup of honey,
1/2 cup of maple syrup,
1/2 cup of molasses
1 1/2 cup of hot water,
1 teaspoon of pepper,
1/8 cup of vinegar,
3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce,
1 tablespoon of dry mustard,
1 tablespoon of soya sauce,
2 teaspoons of garlic powder.

Mix all of the above ingrediants in a bowl, then pour over 2 slabs of back ribs (each slab cut into 2 pieces). Place in preheated oven (400 degrees) and cook in a roasting pan with the lid off for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and pour 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce over the ribs (I like the Kraft Chicken & Rib BBQ sauce). Return to oven at 325 degrees with the lid on, for 1 1/2 hours, basting periodically.

Cook an additional 20 minutes with the lid off.

Enjoy

Sounds good...I might have that tomorrow
