Mussels just remind me of summer.
1. Go to the ocean at low tide. Pick a rocky spot that doesn't drop off much. Bring two 5 gallon buckets. 2. Pick mussels off the rocks. 3. Bring them home and steam them in the largest pot in the house outdoors on the grill. 4. Melt some butter. 5. Open some beer. 6. Pound the mussels dipped in butter outside on the picnic table. No vegetables. No potato salad. No filler. 7. Light a nice cigar in the hammock Oh yeah ....
