Xikar Stands Behind Their Word

That's what I call customer service. Looks like I'll stick to Xikar and Palio.

I own three Xikar cutters and love them, but I also love my Palio.

BTW, Xikar lighters are also very nice and reliable, not like the bunch of
Colibri's I have.

sent mine back once. it came back within ten days with another cutter as a bodygaurd.
