Cigar Caddy or Herf-A-Dor or ???

I just ordered a 30ct from riverfrontgifts. They shipped really quick. I never got a DC number from them, but it showed up really fast. I ended up calling them to place my order because I couldn't tell how much shipping would be before giving them my credit card. (it was $9).

I was considering ordering from them, but I have no idea why they "require" my license info to place an order.
