The Old Henry is a great "house brand" smoke. They get very nice with age and are not bad right out of the box. I just wish I smoked maduros so I would have interest in this. I bet it's gonna be a nice smoke for the maduro guys.

Mmmm, I love Old Henry's and these maduros look great.
I first had OH's when they first came out. I think, but correct me if I'm wrong, that they were first made in Miami. The wrapper was a deep golden brown and the flavor was exquisite. I just got the 20 ct. sampler two weeks ago (made in Nic.) and the wrapper is much darker. Darker than what some manufacturers pass off as maduro. Praise the Lord, these still were fantastic. The pictures on the Holt's site of the Maduros are much darker. I had heard rumors that Don Pepin was fooling around with broadleaf. I think you will enjoy these. I'd love to get in on the GB, but I'm trying to slide a box of Mi Barrios by the wife on this months Visa. ![]()
