As much as I think Jose is a clown, what he did have to say was fairly credible. If it wasn't for him being a rat who knows what would have happened or how badly things would have gotten.

I don't know if Jose is very credible in any way, shape or form.

How was it not credible? Most of the stuff he said turned out to be pretty true, he knew what he was talking about.

Giambi apologized again on May 16, 2007, this time specifically for using steroids, and urged others in the sport to do the same. "I was wrong for using that stuff," he told USA Today. "What we should have done a long time ago was stand up -- players, ownership, everybody -- and said, 'We made a mistake.'" When asked why he used steroids, Giambi responded: "Maybe one day I'll talk about it, but not now."

According to The New York Times, Palmeiro tested positive for the potent anabolic steroid stanozolol, the same substance Olympic sprinter Ben Johnson of Canada took in 1988 when he was stripped of the gold medal at the Seoul Summer Olympics

Juan Gonzalez - -

A story ran in the New York Daily News that claimed the bag contained steroids. But, the team and MLB looked into the matter and nothing was ever proven. Gonzalez said the bag was Presinal's, while Presinal said the bag was Gonzalez's but refuted that the bag contained steroids. According to Gonzalez's then trainer, Angel Presinal, the bag contained Soladek, (a painkiller) Dolo-neurobion, (a vitamin B complex used in fighting the flu,) and Clenbuterol, (a stimulant similar to ephedrine, which is believed within the bodybuilding community to promote muscle tone and weight loss.)
