So if you have that down in your humi, how do you get cigars out of it to smoke it they just don't happen to be on the top level? Do you have to take the entire contraption out of the humi to get at the cigars?

Yup, and I'd bet you couldn't pull that thing out without damaging at least one wrapper.

Hey, it does appear to have a handle

edit:
BTW, I'm horrible disappointed that we're this far into a thread on that CA and no one has commented on how this would enhance the flavors of 7 yr Madagascar Vanilla!
