I know CA has high prices and I'm just a dirt poor IT guy trying to make it in the world.... But $3000 a month for 1520 sq ft? I had no real idea about prices in CA. You guys are getting screwed by someone.

BTW, I could rent it at that price and have just enough left over from the paycheck to buy peanut butter and bread. No gas, electricity, cable, or water.

Seriously....it's brutal out here....still. And we really don't want to have to sell it in this market. Ugh, I know it's a lot. Place across the street is going for $3,400/month.....ours is a bargain!

Yeah, prices out here are brutal. We could all have really big houses in other states for the price of real estate out here. I guess it comes down to location, location, location. Plus, the weather’s not that bad.
