Monday was push day, so today was pull. Good back and arm day. Upped the weight a bit, plus did more reps for most exercises.
Single arm rows Close grip rows Wide grip lat pulldowns Shrugs Tri pushdowns Hammer curls Skullcrushers Ez bar curls

I eat great throughout the day, smaller portions and low carb and fat. Then I blow it all before bed with less healthy stuff 'cause I'm starving. I need a new plan too.
![]() Actually I think it's more routine/habit than anything. I'm smoking and drinking...I just need to change back to nuts and other healthy snacks from the cookies and candy.
