Thanks for the kind words, fellas.

Installed the landing in the front of the oven opening.
This will make the granite sit flush and make it easier to get food in and out.

I was Wonderding if you were going to do something like granite in front! You are going all out, and I would not expect anything less!!! Any plans for the cinderblock base

Maybe some nice ledge stone, Brick or thin stone veneer to face!!!

Brick Veneer is the plan for the base. It ties in nicely to the granite and other stone I have in my yard.
