Let's talk bacon!

Can confirm bacon pancakes are the best things ever. Place strip of cooked bacon in pan, cover bacon in pancake batter, flip as you usually would and see that beautiful bacon cooked into the bottom. A little bit of pure maple syrup and you've got a well balanced breakfast. I used to do it all the time, not sure why I stopped but it may need to resume soon

Tonight for the first time i cast iron seared an aged by strip in bacon grease then finished it in a 500 degree oven, I’m having chest pains but it was soooo good.
