They have access to my checking account, but not my savings.

You don't want to use a credit card as your primary source if you can avoid it as there are fees involved with every purchase transaction. Funding via a bank account, you can bypass those fees.

If it's just the routing number and account number, I'm fine with that.
What I'm leery of is providing my login credentials which allows access to all of my accounts.

I did not provide anything but the routing and acct numbers....unless things have changed since I signed up, like Vin said, you shouldn't have to.
