50/50 draw in Winnipeg yesterday totalled 400,000$ ... 200,000$ to the winner !!!

That's like 14$ on tickets from every person there !!!

Or the cost of six beers in Rogers place in Edmonton

Us Winnipegers like a good garage sale, wedding "social" and fifty fifty draws.

I remember sitting at Excell Energy with a bunch of drunk Winnipegers at a Wild-Jets tilt. They were yelling out how pathetic the 50/50 total was (with some expletives) - they were removed from the arena!

Ha! Yeah, our fifty fifties are good when the get to around 10k. Probably cuz our tickets are so overpriced.
