That does look good... but to me fatties are best when they are simple. At most I put some cheese inside. Other than that... rub and the 3-2-1 method!!!

I always smoke a fatty on a long cook. The Wife and Kid get a nice breakfast when they wake up. This one looks tastey, I would have to leave out the BBQ sauce though!
