Makes me think of McDonalds as Pizza toppings that I saw a few weeks ago.

A heart-attack on a plate, I'm sure -- but it does look kind of yummy.

Make sure you use a good egg bread without the crust and grill the cheese sandwich in plenty of real butter and the hamburger is at most 80% lean and the flavor will be out of the world (but you may be aferwards...

) but I think it will be worth it....

Ok, it's done. Had the in-laws over last night, I was planning on making burgers anyway so I made grilledcheesesandwich burgers.

Two grilled cheese sandwiches (swiss cheese), holding a 1/2 lb burger, topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, and bbq sauce. Wait, it gets better.... the sandwiches were cooked in bacon grease instead of butter. Most delicious burger I've ever eaten in my life. Pics up later

Also made a spinach salad w/ dried cranberries, walnuts, and passionfruit vinaigrette, you know, to be healthy.

Yup, I pulled through just fine. Made the burger Fri night, and that sucker kept me full up all the way through Sat. Hardly ate anything and never got hungry, and that ain't like me.
