I sure wish we would lift the embargo, would love to go there and actually vacation.

Mike - there were quite a few American there - they either flew via Mexico, Caymans or Toronto. There is even flights from Miami.
One of the guys asked immigration not to stamp his passport, and they obliged!

It's really worth the visit. Not expensive at all - B&B about $25 a night, meals between $4 and $10. Custom cigars $7.

My mother-in-law was born in Cuba and we'd love to take her back there before she gets too old to travel comfortably.
