The door was restored by Moneta enterprises ("making things that don't exist") - they are part of "Ramp Up Manitoba" in Innovation Alley in Winnipeg.

That's the 16. Dependable good value Islay. I however remain a Laffie man, ESP the older bottlings from SMWS.

Nice! I just picked up a bottle of the 12 year limited edition Lagavulin and can't wait to try it.

Just to be selfish, I'd love to see the room it's attached to.

BTW, my wife bought me my first bottle of Lavagulan 16 YO this weekend, the few glasses I've had were wonderful, and I generally like the Highlands better.

Got to be kidding... How great is it to have an old time walking vault and then for you to have the passion to restore/repurpose it to this. Well done sir! it's looks beautiful, thanks for sharing.
