No six pack yet but I feel thrilled to see a very noticeable vertical line where a belly use to be.

I actually did his Ab one today and found a few parts to bother my back a bit so didn't push it with those certain parts.
I felt so guilty not having done 100% so about a half hour later, I did the full 55 minutes of Hip Hop Extreme.
