I went through a period of three months where I had this nagging bronchial infection that just wouldn't go away. I smoked maybe one cigar a month and didn't feel that good the next day.

Three months later and I'm back up to 1 or 2 a week and enjoying them and not regretting it the next day. Maybe you just need a little break.
