Congratulations Drew! Great timing as well, this is the Chinese Lunar New Year, year of the Horse and there is a Chinese saying that “the horse brings success.” I hope this new year brings with it success for many many years to come!

Good going Drew! The farther you get from this decision, it will make more and more sense.
Ten years ago, I left a high-pay job with security, perks, and a tad of renown for a job with no salary, no benefits and just commissions. Best thing I ever did, wish I had done it 25 years ago.
You'll be whistling and singing. And enjoying your smokes. No stress mon -- every day is a mighty fine day.
