Didn't make a New Year's resolution, but decided other things were more important after I paid my taxes last year. So, I picked up some pipe tobacco, grabbed a couple singles or 5-ers from B&Ms when I'd sit to smoke in their lounge, but no box purchases.

There are a bunch of things out there that are appealing. Mac's LaPalinos were appealing, but even if I wanted to, the price on those bad boys in seriously prohibitive.

It is amazing how far what you have in your humidor can go - especially if you only smoke a couple sticks a week.

The LaPalina Maduro Toros are only 6.50 a stick. Not that bad.

I smoked the robusto size a few weeks ago and really dug the flavors and strength. Unfortunate that it had two huge sticks on either side of the cap that really messed with the draw. How I missed that in the store, I don't know.
