Great and interesting review, Mike, fun to read.

Do you think some of the flavor changes in the cigar can be attributed to the things you drank and ate during the course of the smoke? It would be hard to imagine there wouldn't be at least some indirect effect.

Yes, I absolutely believe that the drink and eats had an impact.

I typically like to do reviews early in the day with just water on the side so as not to impact the flavors. I did note that after the quesadilla, the flavors I detected shifted but in a good way - I'm sure that following that, my palate readjusted from the previous 90 minutes, letting me freshly perceive the cigar.
