A Saddle Tramps Review of two
So, OK ... I took a year off cigar smoking for various reasons ...
But I did stash a few away before taking this hiatus Today I smoked a couple .... #1 UNDERCROWN That I got 8-11 ... result ... UNDERWHELMED ! ... There was absolutely Nothing special about this cigar ... In fact I've had JR ALT Limitada's that were as good as this. yes, I've been smoking for over 40 years, Yes My taste buds died a long time ago ... But come on ... One dimensional at best. #2 Joya De Nic All I can say is ... What have they done to my HDN's ??? ... I kept waiting for that old HDN punch and all I got was Booooring. Hmmmmm .... Maybe I shouldn't do any more reviews

I feel the same way about most NCs I try to smoke these days.
Thanks for the reviews! Welcome back and thank you for your service!

Re: A Saddle Tramps Review of two
I enjoy the Undercrown, despite them being admittedly one-dimensional. But then earlier this week on consecutive nights I smoked an Ortega Serie 'D' Maduro Robusto and an Undercrown, and the Ortega blew the Undercrown away (I only compare the two because they both have a San Andres maduro wrapper). It was good timing, too, as I was going to order a box of Undercrowns next week. That's now going to be a box of Ortegas.
