Beautiful area, curious, the "Prime Rib" is that smoked, were I grew up in FL there was a bbq joint that used top round for their smoked beef and I loved it, just depends on what you grow up eating, that or brisket, prime rib smoked would probably at least be interesting.

I've had really good smoked prime rib, unfortunately it wasn't at Rudy's

Their brisket and links are the best thing on the menu. It's actually a chain restaurant. They're all over Texas / New Mexico.
