I really don't think I'd spend 5k on a fish even if I had 5k to spend on a fish.
It'd be cheaper to go diving and get one yourself. And more fun.

I'd have to have lot's of money to spend that kind of cash on a fish, but that fish was probably collected with a submersible or using rebreather apparatus. Not easy to collect.
