My "go to" smoke? Nothing in particular. I like everything I have in my humidor, so I grab what I want depending on my mood.
If I had to settle on just one cigar to smoke, I think I'd have to say the Oliva Double Toro or the Taboo HSG Toro. But, who wants to limit themselves to just one?
