Default Bailey's Irish Cream

Just in time for St. P's Day, my Bailey's recipe

3 eggs
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons real vanilla extract
1 tablespoon instant coffee 1/3 cup hot water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cup Irish Whiskey (Jameson is preferred)
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract (or to taste, I prefer a bit more)

Blend, chill, serve over crushed ice
Alternate garnish: float a small amount of Frangellico over the top

Question Mark, are you using the whole egg or do you separate the yoke from the white?

Hope you enjoy it. I've made it hundreds of time, so as long as you follow the recipe, I know what the results will be
