They were ok, but def should be fried for the full effect, if you cook them on a grill you have to go low and slow, frying is the way to go.

I'm thinking of trying them at some point but putting a "shrimp scampi" shrimp in them, make up a batch of scampi, let the shrimp cool then put a shrimp in the dough, wrap in 1/2 slice of bacon (no cheese unless it's a .. omg YES YES a dusting of Parmesan) and deep fry that b!tch.
