Mac's Apple Pie Shine

I didn't use anything but clear liquids even the cider was clear, only one I could find actually.


As for storage of this stuff. Do I have to store it in the fridge. Was going to keep some of it in the same closet I keep a coolidor. It's dark and as cool as I can let it be, say highest around 80 in the summer. Will it be okay in there for some months?

Jason...I always store mine in the fridge. Have kept some in there for as long as nine months and it's still as good as the day I made it. Not sure about leaving it stored outside the fridge...I know I won't do it.
