Honey mooning in Jamacia

Brought my own when we went to Negril a few years ago but ran out as well.
Picked up a couple of 10-count boxes at the airport on the way home - Henry Morgan torps and Pride of Jamaica. One was decent and the other was OK, though it's been some time since I had them and can't remember which was which.
They did have a few recognizable brands at the airport, including Toranos, but the case of CCs were hideous fakes and the ones at the resort were even worse. Think they even had a few barber pole Fauxhibas for $25/stick.
I vote for bring your own, maybe a few more than you think you'll need, and you can always gift what's left to a cabbie or bellhop.

I honeymooned in Negril, you will have plenty of offers of fine smokables

What everyone else said. While you'll surely be offered numerous smoking opportunities if you get out and about, there are no decent cigars on the island. Unless you bring 'em.
