Just to note, the word "download" does not not necessarily mean to assume "illegal". In the past month my wife bought a book on Amazon. It was downloaded to her Kindle. And my daughter started the semester needing MS Office. She paid a license fee and downloaded it to her PC. In neither case did they physically touch anything. Amazing world these days.

And what's more you were right. ![]() But I do not feel bad downloading a show that runs on free cable and is offered for viewing immediately afterwards on the channel's own website. I record the show for my own enjoyment and not for sale or trade, then archive it to a disc for possible later viewing. If its a scumbag argument, I just paid my state use tax for $500 of products bought on Amazon in 2012. I didn't have to do it, Amazon did not report it to the state. I just thought it was right.
