Had a late hockey game last night, and woke up tired and sore. Listened to my body ad took an unscheduled day off from the gym today. I am off tomorrow, so if I feel good I will double up the workout tomorrow.

4 weeks into Pilates 2x a week and I can feel and see a difference in my Core! My instructor's abs are so thick, you'd think she had a padded shirt. Just amazing!

Tried 215 again on bench... it was like I was trying to lift a car... did not happen. I got back up to 205 once and that's about all I got. It's frustrating.

Just finished legs and biceps a few hours ago. Came home to walk the dog and get the feeling I'm in for a little leg pain over the next few days. Back feels good, that is a huge plus :-)

Good on both counts, Jay!
![]() Got a great back workout today, stayed with 225 on bent over rows. Went from over 20 reps on the first set to barely able to get 12 by the last, dropping the rest every set. Then 4 plates and a quarter on T-bars for the same kind of reps. Low cable rows were enxt, followed by wide grip pullups, which were in sets of 8 because I was shot. Chest workout tomorrow morning before I head to the MoB Herf, going to have to pack some protein for the afternoon. ![]()

Chest day, 4 exercise. Tricep, 2 exercise. Quick hour workout (with 2 other buddies). 225lb BB 4x5, and that was not a rep day
![]() Was actually very surprise how much my incline db has improved over the last couple months. 90-100lb db 8,8,6,5. Also, not a rep day.
