This gives us plenty of time to post for one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet.

Dave, hope your Birthday is filled with the people you love, doing things that you love to do, and smoking cigars that you love to smoke. You are a great friend, I just wish I could smoke one with you tomorrow.
