Starbucks does BOGO on occasion. Stores like Marshall's have them for a price sometimes too.

We buy our k-cups at either BB&B (with coupons) or BJs.

I have a Staples reward card. A couple times a year they offer $25 off $75 coupon for purchase of break room supplies. I add in my ink recycling rewards and end up with a bunch of free coffee.
