I am now down 93 pounds! I went from morbidly obese (342 pounds) on 7/5 to obese, and now I am only overweight (249 pounds). I was a size 46 waist pant on 7/5, and now I am down to a size 38 waist pant. It is so easy to lose weight if you put your mind to it.
