Received my order, what to smoke first?

Before jumping to smoke one, I would allow them to rest a bit if you received them in the mail. If its AD hit in AK as it is here, i would give it a week or two

Sorry, I was on my phone.. If its as hot in AK as it is here in New England then let them relax a bit.
