Looks good! Have not been to PV for years, but loved it there.... I caught a nice sized sailfish as well, which was pretty cool.

How big is that wood(teak?) deck down below you in the last pic? That isn't something I have ever seen at a resort in Mexico....and I like it!

The wooden deck on the first floor is about the size of a small bistro, because that is what it was.
